We were also able to eat the fish we caught, and it was delicious. Just be aware that it takes about 30 minutes to grill it with salt.
I would recommend this place and would like to return.
Here are some points to note for first-time visitors:

It is generally easier to catch fish when it's raining, and some advanced anglers apparently choose to fish on rainy days.
On the other hand, rain gear such as a raincoat and boots are required, and even with them, it can be difficult, so we don't recommend it for beginners. However, because it's located in the mountains, the weather is changeable, so we recommend bringing rain gear even if the forecast is sunny.
[2] Things to keep in mind when fishing
First, if you're traveling with a group of people and one of you is a beginner, please be careful not to get your fishing lines tangled (by keeping a safe distance from each other or not fishing at the same time). If you're traveling as a couple and one of you is a beginner, renting one fishing rod should be enough.
Second, it was very difficult to remove the hook from the fish you caught. There are tools available, so it's a good idea to get a thorough lesson on how to use them at the facility beforehand.
Finally, don't worry about not being able to catch any fish. Even though we were beginners, we caught six fish in two hours. It's not particularly difficult, and if you follow the instructions, it's easy to catch fish.
